On behalf of our Pastor, the President and the Board of Trustees of St. George Greek Orthodox Church of Piscataway, New Jersey, we wish to welcome you to our new parish web site. We are glad that you have visited our website and we hope you will visit our parish one day soon. We hope you will enjoy browsing through the pages and learning about our community and the Orthodox Faith.

Since our community is so large, it has been a difficult task gathering up all of the information from the many groups of our church. We would like to thank the St. George Web Site Committee for their hard work and their persistence in completing this large task. Their designs are fresh and brilliant, the pages are well laid-out and the information is easy to find. We pray that God will continue to bless them in all of their endeavors.

Also, we would like to thank the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America for providing the web space and much needed advice. The support of Theo Nicolakis and the Information Technology department of the archdiocese have been extremely valuable in getting this project off the ground.

Next, we would like to add that the Internet is something which can be used for good or for evil. We, by the Grace of God, have chosen to use the Internet as a vehicle for good. Our goals are to use this site to inform our people about important events of the parish and about our Orthodox faith and traditions. Also, allow those who have never visited here to get a taste of our community, and to witness our Faith by posting interesting articles which concern the teachings of the Orthodox Christian Faith.
