History of the
St. George Greek Orthodox Church Web Site.

Father John Theodosion organized the committee with volunteers from the parish who have commercial web design experience. Committee meetings began in May 2001, and were held on a monthly basis. As information began trickling in from the various organizations within St. George, we then began meeting bi-weekly at St. George church. Numerous phone calls and e-mails amongst the committee members, as well as conversations with the Archdiocese in New York, resulted in what you see here today.

Topics of discussion during these meetings ranged from the layout of the home page, navigating the web site, color schemes, graphic design issues, file size, site maintenance, as well as web design guidelines that were to be followed.
