Senior Citizens News for April 2003

Are you ready for spring yet? I know I am! When the snow and ice finally melt away, we will be able to see more of you at our next meeting.

At our last meeting, which was held on Saturday, March 12, we enjoyed a lovely luncheon celebrating Manolis Antonakakis 55 Year Anniversary as a chanter and worker in our church and we presented him with a gift. Our (Greek) secretary, Emily Skaltisiotis, read a beautiful letter. We congratulate the committee for a wonderful job!

Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2003 at 12:00 noon in the Memorial Room. It will be our last meeting before the Mother's Day & Father's Day Luncheon, which will be celebrated on Saturday, June 14. I hope to see you all. An invitation to this luncheon was sent to the Senior Citizens of St. George Church in Trenton to join us and enjoy each other's company.
